Transfiguration is a subject and core class taught at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It is one of the classes the Main Character takes in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. Transfiguration Class is taught by Professor Minerva McGonagall.
Description[]
Transfiguration Class is held on the Lower Floor - East. It teaches the art of changing the form and appearance of an object or a person. This type of magic is commonly referred to as "Transfiguration" and is considered both complex and dangerous. Human Transfiguration is considered to be the most difficult sub-branch. Transfiguration is a required subject for all first year to fifth year students, with the option of a N.E.W.T. course in sixth and seventh year for students who qualify based on their O.W.L. In the game, however, the Main Character doesn't take Transfiguration until the second year. Students practice actual transfigurations during classes. Transfiguration Class is held in Classroom 1B. Two golden cat statues stand at the entrance.
