The Kappa is a Japanese water demon that feeds on human blood. They can be bought in the Magical Creatures Reserve in the Foggy Moor environment for 50 Red Notebooks, 12 Blue Notebooks, and 5 Gold Notebooks. The Magizoologist level you need to unlock this creature is Level 2.

They are known for strangling humans that invade their shallow ponds. They are affiliated with the Dark Arts. If the Main Character adopts a kappa, they will bond and feed it. Eventually this will lead to reaching a Max Level with the creature.
