The Hebridean Black is a dragon species native to the Hebrides Islands of Scotland. They can be bought in the Magical Creatures Reserve in the Foggy Moor environment for 75 Red Notebooks, 45 Blue Notebooks, and 40 Gold Notebooks. The Magizoologist level you need to unlock this creature is Level 8.
