The Dugbog is a magical beast that is found in Europe and the Americas. They can be bought in the Magical Creatures Reserve in the Foggy Moor environment for 60 Red Notebooks, 30 Blue Notebooks, and 15 Gold Notebooks. The Magizoologist level you need to unlock this creature is Level 7.

During the Main Character's seventh year, Professor Silvanus Kettleburn taught them and their fellow seventh-year students in Care of Magical Creatures how to care for Dugbogs. If the Main Character adopts a dugbog, they will bond and feed it. Eventually this will lead to reaching a Max Level with the creature.
