The Chinese Fireball was a dragon native to China. They can be bought in the Magical Creatures Reserve in the Scorched Vale environment for 65 Red Notebooks, 40 Blue Notebooks, and 25 Gold Notebooks. The Magizoologist level you need to unlock this creature is Level 4.

If the Main Character adopts a Chinese Fireball, they will bond and feed it. Eventually this will lead to reaching a Max Level with the creature.
During the Main Character's second year, this Fireball's original owner sent her to the Magical Creatures Reserve hoping that Rubeus Hagrid could help her as she was born without the ability to breathe fire. If Hagrid was unable to solve the problem, the owner would sell her to Corrine Cribb who wanted to make a dragon-skin coat out of her. The Main Character discussed the situation with Penny Haywood and they decided that she was sick. They helped the Fireball by bonding with her, brewing an altered version of the Pepperup Potion, and using it on her to relight her fire.
